The Child Advocacy Center of Collier County and Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida offer FREE specialized group parenting classes to teach parents how to focus on their strengths and set appropriate expectations for their children. The positive discipline curriculum is from the Nurturing Parenting Program which is an effective evidence-based course. This course is currently being held virtually. The sessions meet once a week for 8 weeks. Parents will receive award certificates after completion of the course. Parents with perfect attendance will receive a $25 gift card award.
