Mental Health First Aid for Adults

During this compassionate course, discover how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older. Learn practical ways to guide young people, as well as how to access professional care, if appropriate.

Mental Health First Aid for Youth

This informative session identifies common mental health challenges for today’s youth and reviews typical adolescent development. It also provides a five-step action plan for helping young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

Parent Support Group

This weekly parent-led group connects and supports parents of children with developmental disabilities, mental health issues or special healthcare needs.

Parenting the Exceptional Child

Connect other parents of children with developmental disabilities, mental health issues or special healthcare needs for this evidence- based parenting course.
